"Help Us Help Others"
Would you like to learn more about the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County? Do you want to better understand the issues facing low-income and homeless people in our community? Come to a one-hour tour of our programs in downtown Oakland! Learn about the Free Dining Room, which serves more than 1,000 hot, nourishing meals each day. Have an inside look at the work of Champion Guidance Center for Men and the Visitation Center for Women, our two daytime drop-in centers that help individuals and families deal with homelessness and poverty. Please join us!
